PCN Hub office 

As part of joint working our Primary Care Network has invested in developing a new office space with 12 workspaces to enable our staff to work collaboratively together. Based at Eastbury Surgery in Northwood, this office enables staff from all 7 practices in the network to come together to work on joint projects and share best practice as well as providing much needed additional space as our shared workforce grows.

This is part of our investment into developing new services and the best possible care for our patients. This office is not registered to deliver face to face clinical services and is not open to members of the public. Joint services developed here will be delivered for patients through your local practice.
