The Friends and Family Test is an NHS tool that enables patients to give feedback on the services that they have received. You may be invited to complete a questionnaire once you have completed your treatment. If you would like to provide feedback but are not invited to take part in Friends and Family, please see your local practice for their feedback forms.
A PPG is a group that is open to all patients on the GP practice list including all communities, groups, genders, ages ethnicities, disabilities, paid and unpaid carers and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience to help improve the service. If you want to get involved in improving local services at your surgery please contact the reception team.
